Here’s the good news: we’ve got three weight loss programs for you to pick from, so you can tailor your journey based on your food and lifestyle preferences. Here’s the even better news—it doesn’t matter which program you pick—they’re all effective in helping you shed unwanted weight. Explore the three programs: Keto 90, Rev 90 and Wellness 90. Check out the recipes and products associated to each one, and see which one is right for you! And don’t worry, if you pick one of the programs and it doesn’t seem like it was the right choice, you can switch to one of the other programs!

JOIN WITH A TEAM OR INDIVIDUALLY

Some people work best on their own, at their own pace. Others prefer to have a group for support and encouragement. That’s why we offer individual or team challenge options. If you’re ready to begin solo, great! Just jump in. If you are planning to have a team, it’s still easy, you just need to rally your team members (up to 5 total), and select one of them to be the captain of the team. We’ve even structured the challenge so that your captain doesn’t have to be trying to lose weight—they can just be the team’s leader, and will still win all the same prizes if your team is chosen as a semi-finalist, finalist, or grand champion!

Some find it beneficial to start a new diet with a cleanse or detox. Our Jumpstart Program gives you a few options for anyone looking to begin their Better Health Movement journey with a detox before starting one of our three nutritional programs.

TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND PHOTOS PRIOR TO THE CHALLENGE

If you’re planning to lose weight, taking photos and measurements are probably not something you want to do. But it’s important. Why? Two reasons. First – it’s important for you to have the before photos to refer to as you’re progressing in your weight loss. You might not notice the changes in the mirror every day, but when you look back? It’ll be amazing! Second -we also compare before/after photos when choosing our semi-finalists. Taking measurements is also important, because often times when the scale stalls, the inches keep coming off. It’ll be just what you need to see those measurements decreasing!

COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM

In order to get registered, we’ll need to know a little about you. Basic information, weight, measurements, and why you’re taking on the Better Health Movement. Be sure to fully complete the form. As we select the semi-finalists each quarter for prizes, we take your story into consideration. Everyone has a story about their health and weight loss! If you’re a captain of a team, make sure each team member gets their registration form filled out and submitted!

You can use that meal guide over and over, but for variety, we’ve also included supplemental recipes. Also in the resources guide you’ll find a good food/bad food list, and much more. This is a great place to start!

PLAN YOUR MEALS

After you’ve reviewed the good foods/bad foods list and recipes, the next thing to do is make sure you’ve got the groceries you need. Using the recipes, plan out your meals for the week. Food prep can make it so much easier to stick to your plan when life gets busy. And trust us, life will get busy. Prep as much as you can!

LOG YOUR RESULTS

Use the nutrition and/or progress logs to keep track of your journey. If you just take a few minutes a day to track your progress, it’ll be easier to submit your results. If you want to be considered for the competition portion of the challenge, and potentially win up to $5,000—you’ll need to submit your results at the end of every quarter.

CHECKING IN WITH YOUR TEAM CAPTAIN

If you’re the captain of a team, one of the best things you can do to help your team succeed is to check in regularly with them. Group zoom meets are great if you’re spread out across the country. You’re the lead encourager for the team. Celebrate the wins, talk through the challenges, help everyone stay on track, and make sure they’ve all submitted their results. The captain’s guide is a helpful tool to download and use!

MEASURE AND SUBMITTING RESULTS

Remember those photos and measurements you took at the beginning? At the end of every quarter, we want you to update them! Not only will this be a great visual progress for you to see just how far you’ve come, but it’s how we judge and select our quarterly semi-finalists, finalists, and ultimately, our Grand Champions! If you miss a quarter—don’t worry about it—just submit your results at the end of the next one!
