    FitShake Blueberry Smoothie Print Recipe
    Serving Size: 1
    Calories: 169 | Fat: 4.1 g | Carbohydrates: 6.9 g | Protein: 25.3 g

    Ingredients:

    • 1 scoop
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 25 fresh blueberries
    • 3-5 ice cubes

    Directions

    Chicken Lettuce Wraps Print Recipe
    Serving Size: 1
    Calories: 180 | Fat: 11 g | Carbohydrates: 2.4 g | Protein: 19.3 g

    Ingredients:

    • 4 ounces lean ground chicken breast
    • 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
    • 1 tsp. Saveur Spicy Cajun Mix, or 1 tsp. Thai Mix
    • 4 butter lettuce leaves
    • Salt, Pepper to taste

    Directions

    • Brown ground chicken in frying pan
    • Add onion, garlic, and spices and a little water and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes
    • Add salt to taste.
    • Serve taco style in butter lettuce or romaine leaf
    • Can top with diced tomato if desired

    Ingredients:

    • 4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
    • 1/2 tablespoon whole milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon Saveur Spicy Cajun Mix

     

    Directions

    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
    • In a small dish, coat both sides of the chicken with milk
    • Place chicken in a glass baking dish
    • Sprinkle top with Cajun seasoning
    • Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink
