This was a good start. Lost some steam at the end and had list 8 then gained 2 but it takes time to change habits ...it is a lifestyle change. On a happy note, Dr has decreased my metformin and my blood pressure meds so on the right path!!!

The Healthy Body Weight Loss Challenge has been helping me stay on track with healthy meal plans supplements that have been helping me loose weight, have more energy and feel really healthy. In January is was 199.5 and now I’m 179.5. My height is 5’5 and this has not change. I’m part of the weight loss team Dropping Bouble Digits and everyone on my team has been very supportive. It is nice to be a part of a group to feel accountable and also for encouragement.

My name is Gary Knapp I am 75,I have been over weight for the last 10 years especially now since I’m
taking Lupron for prostrate cancer. My heart doctor, primary doctor and my pulmonary doctor have all been on me to lose weight. When I reached 367 pounds I decided to try the Keto Diet I started January 8 2019 Ididnt think this diet would work because just like the other diets I was always hungry and I still craved sweets however I found that after one week on the Keto I was not hungry nor did crave sweets. As a result of taking Youngevity 90 for life supplements, drinking the delicious Keto shakes and eating the great tasting and filling Keto meals that Youngevity provided I have lost 37 pounds as of March 31 2019 My doctor reduced my blood pressure medicine because my blood pressure is 106/67 also my PSA has stayed as low as they can measure for the last 5 years due to taking Youngevity 90 for life supplements which has included Hope and RVB 500 I plan to lose another 63 pounds. Youngevity has shown me a life style and a way to good health

My name is Jamey Taylor and I work homeschooling my eight children. My family and I have been taking Youngevity products for about six years. They have helped with a brain injury from IED blast in Iraq and ALL leukemia. After seeing all of the benefits that Youngevity products offered Our family and many others I decided to go all in. In 16 years I gained 100 pounds, and it is now time to lose it. It’s now time t our family and many others I decided to go all in. In 16 years I gained 100 pounds, and it is now time to lose it. I started at 258 pounds and 5‘4“ tall. With the help of rev 90 I have lost 24 pounds in 40 days and I am now at 234 pounds. This is just the beginning I will continue to lose weight until I have reached my desired weight 160 pounds. I will update at the end of every cycle. The best part for me is that I feel healthy and have energy that lasts. For the first time in 6 years I am taking the 90 by body weight and it makes a huge difference. Thank you Rev 90! I am sending my video in an emailing wouldn’t load.

Hello, when I started this I just wanted to feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally. I didn't have any real hope of losing weight. I was actually scared to go walking by myself for fear of my physical health. Due to being 52 years old and currently going thru menopause, weight loss just felt impossible. The hormones made me gain so much weight in the last year that I felt concerned for my life. I had to take the hormones, because without them I couldn't sleep, my skin was thinning, I was emotional, and I was losing my hair. A friend invited me to join the challenge and encouraged me to try the BTT, EFA's, and Beyond Osteo FX. I also take the REV90. She introduced me to three different eating plans and I picked the wellness 90 plan. I started my weight loss journey on January 12th and 2.5 months later I've lost 38.4 pounds and a total of 22.5 inches! I'm 5 ft and 5.5 inches tall and my starting weight was 297.6 pounds. I currently weigh 259.2 pounds. My doctor was having difficulty regulating my hormone levels, so I stopped taking my hormone medicines. I've been able to sleep and stopped losing my hair. My husband says I smile more and my girls can get their arms around me when they hug me. I was scared to go walking by myself in the beginning and last week I walked three 5K's (3.2 miles). I go to the gym or walk three to four times a week now. I have a long way to go and a lot of weight to still lose, but I'm hopeful and making progress. I hope to make it to the next cycle in the challenge. I haven't picked a goal weight, because I have a long way to go.
I definitely know I want to lose 125 pounds. Thank you!

I started this challenge on January 9, 2019. I set my goal at 15 pounds to lose. Once I met that, my new goal was 20 pounds. It feels amazing to have exceeded 31 pounds! I can now walk distances without being out of breath. I can't wait to see how much more I can lose!

This is my follow up on my Individual Entry. I must learn to be disciplined regarding emotional eating. I am in a behavioral modification program and find this is my biggest challenge. This contest is a matter of life and death for me. If I were to have all 5 original surgeries which I was told I could eliminate by losing this Belly Fat it would probably be the end of me. Now, since my fall, the doctors are talking about fusing some of my back. Aaaaargh, no way, I'm going to get stronger. I joined a gym and April is going to turn this all around for me. Thank God for YGY and David Allen Capital. I feel my testimony will help other seniors And I want to start my Belly Dancing Hobby back up when I reach my goal of 160. Although I'm 5'7" my discs are not healthy, the Osteo Fx is going to help me there also. Since my accidental fall I started Soothe, Relax and Uplift too which seem to be making me cope better. I'm a winner because I'm not a quitter.

Still 5' 7" except for degenerative discs...was 192 now 179! Goal 160 and muscles! What a roller coaster I have been on! So many challenges, thank God for the Healthy Nuts especially Jeff Arnold, always encouraging me. I was down 13 pounds, fell, had to go to Urgent Care, fell several more times ! Emotional eating I confess is a Bigley problem for me...and I'm now using Relax, Uplift and Soothe. Slowly but surely. I'm determined, my Mom was like the energizer "Bunny," LOL (little old lady...that's me) and LOL, if you can't laugh at yourself you may be doomed! LOL(laugh out loud) I have 5 surgeries to cancel when I reach my goal and then be the World's Oldest Belly Dance! Stayin Alive makes me a Winner of the Grand Prize already, LIFE.

As part of KETO QUEENS Team I started the first round at 149.8 and ended at 129. The Keto 90 plan is the perfect lifestyle for me to keep my weight in the range I am comfortable with. My goal for the second round is to get down to 120 lbs, which is 9 more. I am only 5'2" and those lbs lost really make a huge difference in how I feel and how I breathe. All of my weight is concentrated in the belly area, and we all know how dangerous that is. Along with the Keto Plan, I am working on muscle tone and strength. I turned 60 yesterday (March 30) and it very important to me to maintain my strength and balance. Under the direction of our Captain SHELLY DAVIS, we have learned so much from each other and we support one another. I am looking forward to Round 2 and hitting my weight goal and rocking the challenge with my teammates! Thanks also to Sanjeev, Rocio, Tracy Wagstaff for all their support and guidance and great information. That is one reason I love Youngevity so much.

Wow - I am a big fan of the Rev 90 Program! I started on 1/7/19 at 180.5 pounds and feeling horrible (this was my pregnancy weight many years ago!). I'm only 5 foot 4 inches! Today is 3/31/19 and I am at 143.0 - and I've dropped a total of 27 inches! My goal was to lose 30-40 pounds - mission accomplished at 37.5! And just in time! My goal is to become a motivational speaker while helping people at all levels of society start social-impact businesses! We are moving into an RV next month to begin our journey! As we started our downsizing process - I found old clothes I can wear again - and I'm letting clothes go that are now too big! Thanks Youngevity and everyone in the Rev 90 Facebook page!

I got back to my weight in my twenties.
I was diagnosed as fatty liver syndrome before Better Health Challenge and was instructed to exercise. But I was too heavy to do so.
Then my wife got me on Youngevity products such as Healthy Body Start Pack, Root Beer Belly, CleansFX, Selenium, SlenderFX shake and SweetEZ. I also started to exercise. But just a 30-minute work-out session with Captain Matsuzuka was so hard at the beginning. But it was encouraging to have support from the work-out group.
And it has been fun to get on the scale as my weight started to drop. I got more motivated to work out to see the result. And the Youngevity products helped me eat moderately. Particularly SlenderFX Shake for breakfast helped me stop eating sugary foods.
I weigh now 10+ kg less than I did before Better Health Challenge. Now I am a morning person and run up and down the stairs. I cannot wait to see my grandchildren next time. I know they will tell me how good I look!
I’m grateful for the opportunity I have had to join Better Health Challenge! I am close to my goal of 65kg!

What a difference just 90 days can make. I have changed course in so many ways. Like so many other men in their 40s, with a desk job and frequent travel, I had become complacent about my health and wellbeing. I knew what I should be doing, and could be doing – but was stuck in my habits. I just didn’t have time for the “extras” like regular exercise or taking the time to cook healthy meals.
I wasn’t eating badly, but I knew it could be better. I wasn’t completely stationary, but I knew I could be more active.
The first of January 2019 was a turning point – my wife, Kelli, and I committed to just 90 days of the Better Health Challenge, along with our teammates in the Synergistic Effects team (Steve and Allison) and our coach (Colleen Walters). Our team had two collective goals – to reach our target weightloss, and to compete in a fun run in May. We knew to reach those goals we needed to trust the plan – we didn’t question, we just did. We followed the eating plan. We enjoyed our Healthy Body Pack every morning. We started moving. We trusted the process. And it worked.
For all of us, the weight started moving, and we felt all felt so much better. For me, my energy levels increased, my mental clarity improved – suddenly the day-to-day challenges weren’t such a problem any more. My training picked up, and I started running distances I hadn’t run in dozens of years – and running times I hadn’t run since my teens. I’m now looking for new events to compete in beyond that fun run goal – I have the fitness, the weight, the enthusiasm to do more and be more.
Eating while travelling had always been a problem for me, and helped see my weight slowly creep up in the last couple of years. I peaked at 86.7kg in late 2018. Not any more though – the eating habits we’ve developed through these 90 days, the support our bodies get from the Youngevity products, and the overwhelming desire to stay as this “new 70kg me” make eating decisions easy, whether travelling or at home, and makes the decision to exercise easy, whether travelling or at home.
Our team was a very important part of the achievement of our goals. We kept each other up to date on our progress, our successes, and our challenges. We supported and listened, and we encouraged each other to keep going. And we’ve made it – all healthier, happier and more energised.
